Diversified Collection Services Inc Call this company and explained to them that this was not my account. The account even has a different name but they still insist that this is mine. Company is very nasty and will not listen. Pleasanton California

I live in Delaware and continue to receive mail for a lady that lived in Smithfield VA. Call this company to inform them that this mail is being sent to me and that it does not belong to me but they are trying to say that it is mine. Company would not listen and gave me (5) days to comply with their letter or they will garnish my wages and/or attach my bank account. They are crooks and I will not take this lying down.

Although it is not your bill - they will not stop until you make them,

www.ftc.gov - look at Fair Debt Collection Practices Act


Send them a cease communications letter via certified mail - return receipt, they will not stop just because you called.
