FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sun, January 23, 2011

I would file a complaint with your attorney General office. Provide any paper work.

This should shut these scammers up. You can do it on line. and scan the paperwork in. I would also file a complaint against verizon. That takes a lot of guts to get money and sick a collection agency on you

As for your job. I would let them know that you do not accept calls at work. Tell your employer about. Employers know that there is lot of scammers calling employers and threatening their employees. You could tell them you would talk with them on another phone. Record the conversation. Find yourself an NACA lawyer to sue them.

Good Luck
