In February 2004, this website took money from my Visa card for supposed "Registration", which I did not read on their website. When refund/cancellation was requested by email (as stated on their website), I received emails that I'd receive a check (which never happened). When I called them (at my cost, as recently as October) I was told that I would be refunded, but I have not been refunded yet. It is November 19, 2004.
I think this is based in California, but I'm not sure.
