Complaint Review: Diving Lady Pools - Blue Haven Pools

I had a problem with my Smart Pure Oxenator which is still under the 5 yr warranty. Unfortunitly the store I delt with closed shop and left me with a $689.00 repair bill. I have been calling the 1-800 Customer Care Hot Line to see if Blue Haven will honor their warranty. I faxed them the contract paperwork as per their request and they said they would get back to me. Big joke. Now when I call all I get is an answering machine. Blue Haven brags about how big and popular they are, but they sure don't back it up with customer satisfaction.
