Complaint Review: divinity transportation

my truck was leased on with divinity in last november an i was told that the deductions was too be 20% of the load pay but after i started running then they started taking another 20% too 30% off that for fuel now the truck is only left with 50% of the load pay an now i have too pay my driver 20% of that now i'm stuck with 30% of the load pay    an most off the loads they was getting was'nt paying that much anyway so i told them i was going too leave cause my truck was'nt making any money and my driver was going too quit   so when i went too turn in my lease they took my last settlement check an the trailer rental saying i did'nt tell them i was leaving which was a lie  i have tried too contact them by mail but they have so many different addresses for the company   i have tried taking them too small claims court but the sheriff dept can't find them cause all these addresses ( 2418 alleghany st ) (8557 fibert st) (525 n tryon st) an these mailing( 9009 albermarle rd) (p o box 42041) seems not too exist from my exsperience it seems as if they know that you can ripp someone off an as long as you cannot be served by the courts you  have gotten away  i would suggest you get so verifiable information from them so you can find them if they ripp you off
