When we first went with DiVirgilio they seemed to make an effort to provide a service and put the right insurance program in place. Later discovered agency was overcharging us compared to other insurance products they sold, despite being asked to shop the policy around for best rate. Raised the matter with the management and they buried their heads in sand.
Matt DiVirgilio is the president here. Check out his broker license (they sell insurance and financial services). Mr Divirgilio was forced to settle a "customer dispute" in 2017 for $115,000.00. Great indicator of what you can expect. In my view, management is out to lunch here when it matters most. Cannot trust their judgment and cannot recommend them.
