Dixie Home Crafters Installed windows and promised life-time warranty on receipt. Now I have questions, none of contact numbers are valid. Lebanon Tennessee
Dixie Home Crafters promoted numerous home improvement services as a vendor at the Huntsville, Alabama Home and Garden Expo in 2102. I signed up for a windows estimate. A sales rep came out and took an order and provided an estimate for five windows at $11,773, but after a retirement, military, and day-of-demonstration discount, the total came to $7,742.
I accepted the offer and the servicemen came and installed the windows. The craftsmanship and service appeared to be acceptable. The servicemen seemed skilled and were courteous.
Now that I have questions about screen inserts and the warranty, none of the numbers I have for Birmingham or Nashville are valid. The numbers now are answered by vendors offering supplemental medical insurance coverage for the elderly and automobille travel club membership. None of the numbers for the representatives are valid or in service. How do I get warranty work done on my windows? Who knows? I am still paying on the windows and will be for years to come.
