Using the internet, DJ Drager aka Phil Haberman pleads with the public to chip-in and fund the medical care needed for a beautiful female dog named Snowflake. Tugging on the empotions of animal lovers, he obtains his goal.

The only thing wrong with this scenario is this dog is his personal dog that he scammed thousands of dollars from a vet by using a fraudulent 501c3 papers and connected himself to a rescue to obtain the discount.

Now, Haberman can't pay the vet bill and poor little Snowflake is at the vets office until the bill is paid.

This isn't the first, second or the last time Haberman will use an animal to gain financial funding for his own pockets.

Elwood Dogo of Facebook & MySpace is another ongoing scam. Elwood died last year at the age of 13 and Haberman didn't even own Elwood.

Jake was one of the first dogs used. Jake was stolen from a woman in Las Vegas Nevada who posted her dog lost. Haberman found the dog and wanted a finder's fee, which the woman refused. Haberman kept Jake and used it to his advantage.  Jake was circulated throughout the United States to raise funds for Haberman who farudulently enlisted in the military (See GI JERK at DallasObserver.com). Jake was used to pull the heart strings of women to care for the dog while "he was on deployment"...

Here are Haberman's 6 dogs - his own dogs - that he has fraudulently raised funds for using the Internet:

Oscar - 7/28/2012
signed by a foster (not Pamela Jean Swinney) and approved by Phil - bill $573 on - not paid

Romeo - 12/9/2010
bill $64  - paid $44 cash, $20 balance.

Mickey - 12/31/2011
the dog that was adopted by a former client. $3088.02 - assumed by Phil as rescue and adopted only when better - not paid.

Jake - 5/4/2012
mass and hematoma - $456.54 - not paid.
also a $50 bill on 1/3/2011 not paid

Sarge - 1/23/2012
$247.59 - he paid $62.59 as we discounted the rest

Ice 3/5/2012
$32.91 not paid

Buttercup March 2011
bill was about $385 - he paid $150.  euthanized pup due to what appeared to be distemper.

Then there is Snowflake. before the bill that lead to the disputes,
11/3/2011 $65 -
11/16/10 $7.5
12/2/10 - $7.5
12/17/10 $459 -
1/6/11 $4562.66 -
1/12/11 $50 -
1/27/11 $780.5
2/10/11 $1466
3/28/11 $210
1/2/12 $20
all of this was discounted for a grand total discounted of $7,628.16 just for this one dog.
$12,268.63 is what he owes. Phenomenal, no?

As of July 5, 2013, the vet is on the defense as Haberman posts slanderous claims and defames the vet online and files a lawsuit against her! Haberman's lawsuit claims he didn't have to pay the entire bill without the non-profit discounts.  He even went as far as to have the local Sheriff's deputy go with him to obtain the dog after posting a security bond with the local court - using his own vehicle as collateral.

FROM DJDRAGER TO THE VET:

Hiya Hiya!!

I just got back from Brazil and doing a rescue mission down there for some dogs. This was the first trip I have not played music on in a very long time. I brought back three dogs that are unaltered, with two being female, and one male. They need to get fixed, and i was wondering if you could do it this week. I was there for a 501c3 charity, and will be going back again in 2 weeks to get 4 more. Here is their 501c3 for you if you need it. I put an album up of the trip on my FB page if you want to see what is going on down there. The situation is really bad, with one local vet doing miracles for these animals who would otherwise die. So I am trying to find surplus medical supplies, antibiotics, etc from my nursing friends that I can take down there on the next trip to give to him to help ease some of his burden.

I know I still have a balance with Oscar, and I am waiting to finalize my car insurance so I can get that taken care of. I just do not want you thinking I am ignoring it. Did you find a new house and sell yours yet?

He produces a IRS 501c3 document dated in 2008 from the Association of Unity Churches in Lee's Summit MO as his proof of working on their behalf. This information is currently being investigated.

What's next Haberman? Will you do NEXT?
