Complaint Review: DJ Foothill - HSD Magazine - DJTalBabes

A military imposter claiming to have graduated from Duke University, and the California Western Law School, wrote a series of heroic events about himself and posted it on MySpace for the world to see. "52 DJ Foothill Facts" claims that he was an Army Major, a Ranger, an Airborne, Special Ops Paratrooper, and a Navy Seal Instructor at Coronado, who fought in the Black Hawk Down battle in Mogadishu, and won six Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star.

He can not and will not produce any kind of proof of these military claims, with a legitimate DD 214 Form. His "52 DJ Foothill Facts" overlap each other, claiming that he was in the Mogadishu battle, while he was in law school, but the Army rosters do not carry his name, and nobody ever earned six Purple Hearts, and the law school never heard of him either. If he ever went to Duke University, it's a military secret too. He then claims that Tia Thompson wrote those 52 Facts ... but where did she get those details? From a liar.

The Stolen Valor Act of 2005 makes it a Federal crime to falsely claim having any Purple Hearts, and imposes a one year jail penalty for claiming such. This military imposter never was in the Army, never was a Major, never was a Navy Seal Instructor, never was a Ranger, never was an Airborne Special Ops Paratrooper.

He claims to be an Inter-racial Porn Star who is "Black from the waist down". He also claims to be a CEO and Producer of High Speed Divas Magazine, but it's never been on any newstands anywhere. He used a counterfeit Bar Code on the cover, and got caught red-handed. On his left thumb, he wears a Gay Thumb Ring, and has a big hand on the porn industry with DJTalBabes.com.
He claims that Time-Warner is going to handle the distrubution for the HSD Magazine beginning in January 2009, but they never heard of him either. One photographer who seems to know him well, says: "His photos suck, and he has a big mouth."

One model who knows him well, says he has no money, sleeps in flop houses, thumbs a ride everywhere he goes, doesn't pay his telephone bills, has no car and sponges off of anybody who knows him.

He says that I have no proof, but I've got plenty of copies of the MySpace claims that he made in his "52 DJ Foothill Facts", and will provide copies to anybody who wants one. He foolishly claims that they are "copyrighted" and I can't distribute them to others, right after he put them on the internet for the whole world to see. DJ Foothill will certainly never get a Brain Tumor.

He keeps threatening me with many death threats, suit papers from l*****n Lawyers, Restraining Orders in more than five States, complaints to Hanover Town Managers, the Hanover Police Department, the FBI, the BATF, and the Retirement Home that I am supposedly living in. He won't be doing that at any time in the next several years, because I would nail him to the barn door in any Court in the United States. There is no Statute of Limitations for the Stolen Valor Act of 2005, and I am going to "stalk him" until they throw this military imposter into a jail cell .. for pretending to be a hero, while his brand of cowardice shows through.

I am a Korean War combat veteran, and I don't like military imposters at all.
