Complaint Review: DJ Hess & Associates

They are expanding their network of associates in other states to expand their success and yours. They want you to first invest in stock with a good rate of return, and thus teach you how to profit from foreclosures and auction sales

Tom Parker (my finance) and I (Mary Doblander) wanted to invest in a real estate venture and decided to make the break from corporate life to enterpreneurship. We had some money to invest but would need some additional funds for the start-up. We contacted a few SBA loan companies online and were contacted by a company Fifth Ave Finance. We were dealing with a gentleman named Jeremy who took all our data and responded within a new days regarding a company in California that wanted to expand their network of foreclosure associates in other states.

We were interested but wanted to check the company out first. Its rating came up satisfactory. So we decided to invest 15K in the project and start training within a few weeks. Training was going really well and the relationship also was very good. Then we received a call from him informing us that his wife was in the hospital with Toximia and he needed to put business somewhat on the back burner to be with her. After that calls were less and less frequent and emails were not answered. We even went to the extent of flying to California to confront him. Of course he lives in a gated community, and when we tried through the security guard to see him---he was not available. We also found out that one of the other addresses listed on Experian's business report is a Mail Boxes Etc address.
