I too have fallen victim to the scam that is DJ RonnieB productions. i am a DJ in northern virginia, one night i was flipping through craigslist ads and found a "dj wanted for party" ad, so i responded to it because the event was not even a mile away from my house, seemed like a good idea at the time to take the gig. I contacted the email through the ad stating that i would be able to DJ the event. i was responded to WITH a contract made by dj ronnie b productions on an e sign website. which after signing the contract i was instructed on a couple steps for filing the contract and replying to him with a copy. I also printed a copy of the contract for myself incase i needed it for just this situation. After the email was received on their end ronnie gave me the contact information for the customer which i contacted right away to get the fine details on the party, location, time, and other specifics. firstly the ad was "Party DJ with Lights." and secondly upon arrival it was brought to my attention that the original contract with the customer and dj ronnie b productions stated karaoke, which was not in my contract. but thats not as important. so continuing on, the show goes on i do wonderfully as stated by the people at this party and every one is happy. the night is over and i pack up and return home. upon my immediate arrival home, i proceeded to send an email to "sales@djronnieb.com" which was my contact. i emailed them stating that the gig had been played and as to when i should be expecting compensation. which the amount was stated in the contract along with "compensation will be paid by DJ RonnieB Productions in the amount of...." the show was 5/30/10 todays date is 6/22/10 and i have yet to receive payment. i continue to mail and email invoices everyday, and a phone call everyday as well.

in my words to people out there, this man is a con artists he charges customers a rate or $4-500 and states to pay the third party dj's that actually do the work only a quarter of that amount.

i would hope others will join in on this case to bring down this man and his "company" and put him in jail where he belongs. And bring restitution to those that have been hurt by his deceitful ways.
