DJ RonnieB Productions, LLC This company is a total fraud. If you're a Mobile DJ, don't work with this so-called business Wheaton, Illinois

This guy and his business is a total FRAUD. I'm a mobile DJ in Atlanta and did a gig this past Saturday, April 17th via contract from Ronnie B Productions. I was informed that a check was mailed overnight on that Thursday prior to the gig. Now it's Monday and I've have yet to recieved a check even though the service was rendered. This morning I recieve a email from Ronnie B stating that they were putting a stop payment on the check because the customer wasn't happy about my service but demanded that I pay them back $450 when I was only was suppose to recieve $300. Can you believe that? Mind you I DJ a gig where people were playing golf all day and seem like they were in more of a relax mode. About 10 patrons got on the dancefloor for most of the night while I DJ from 7-11pm. The contract states the DJ will only pay IF he/she is a NO-SHOW, but I was there and did my service and deserves to be paid. This guy and his business is a total SCAM! I will inform the FTC, BBB, the Secretary of State of Illinois, ripoffreport, and any other media site to expose this FRAUD. Guaranteed!!

As you can see from my last update, DJ RonnieB never sent a check and still ripping off Djs and clients with his fraudelent and scamming business.  You can also see, as I've displayed, that he's a liar, a con-artist as he hasn't rebutted my last update that contains the emails that shows his decietful actions.  I have persued legal action, in which, has taken time since all he only have a P.O. Box.  I have displayed the proof and will continue to expose this joke of a business so that I can eliminate the amount of people getting ripoff.  Thanks ripoffreport.com for allowing me to expose this fraud.

You, Ronnie B is a compulsive liar and I have the emails to prove that you stated that you sent the check Thursday night.(See Proof 1(a) & 1(b) below)  And I also have the email of you stating that you put a stop payment on that suppose check that came the following Monday. Why would you out a stop payment on a suppose check if you never sent it?  Pathetic liar.  Provide the facts, and the email between us, stating such.(Anyone who wants to see the contract, send me your email address)  Apparently, your reading comprehension is not even up to second grade level as the contract states that the mobile DJ is only not to be paid if he/she doesn't show up. I provided the lights, the music that was requested, Mustang Sally, etc and DEMAND IMMEDIATE PAYMENT.  If you are so strong in your convictions, provide an actual address other than a P.O. Box so that we can settle this in court.  You even tried to scam me of $450, when the client only paid you $400, and my required pay was only $300.(See Proof #2 below)  I will take you to court with my documents in hand and believe me, you will come out paying more than the $300 in which you owe me for my time and service. I will expose your fraudulent alleged business that not accredited with BBB as you falsely advertise on your website, and your alleged "business" isn't properly license in the state of Illinois. I'm glad we communicated via email so that I have a paper trail of providing your fraudulent business.  You have messed over the wrong DJ.

FYI your check has been issued a stop payment due to the huge complaint I received against you. Your contract states that your provide the service as requested by the client and play the music requested. You did neither of these, we had to issue a full refund the client because of you. We require you to now pay us for the refund which was $450. You can make the payment by paying with a credit card at: http://www.djronnieb.com/creditcards.htm   or you can mail us a check or money order and mail it to: Ron Beem
PO Box 4062
Wheaton, IL 60189

If we don't receive the payment from you within 5 days we will press legal charges again you for the damages caused by your lack of services. Below is a copy of the claim the client said about you:

This DJ is not telling the entire story. First of all his paycheck was not mailed overnight as we don't mail checks overnight. His check was to be mailed out the day after the event, however due to the huge complaint I received from the client, the DJs pay was not mailed. In the DJ's contract it clearly states that he must provide the services requested, if not he will loss out on his pay. Below is a copy of the letter I received from the client and shows why I had to issue the client a refund and also not pay the DJ.

"I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I was in DJ Encore that showed up at our party. I will say he did call me and did call the Country Club to verify his appearance. When I talked to him I asked if had a good light show equipment and he said yes. He had one light that looked like a traffic light. After he set up he put on his head phones and stared at his lap top the whole rest of the night. I went up to him and ask him when he was going to begin interacting with the crowd, he ask me if I could get him a drink. One person ask him if he could play "Mustang Sally" he said he never heard of it. He complained many times about people not dancing, yet he never played the two songs on the sheet that I requested. All in all, very unprofessional and embarrassing. This guy was not worth $200.00 much less $400.00. I am not asking for a full refund as allowed by the policy on your website but I do feel like a 50% refund is in order. Please let me know as soon as possible."
