A few months ago I purchased a "Crown" CE4000 amp from Musicians Friend over the internet. The amp was defective merchandise when it was sent to me.

I called Musician's Friend about a week after I purchased it to tell them the amp did not work. They told me to call Crown and and ask the tech department to try and help me resolve my problem.

After month's of messing around and calling they could not find a solution and told me to call the company that I purchased it from for a replacement.

Musician's Friend messed me around long enough to say Sorry after 45 days we do not replace anything! And when I made the purchase the salesmen told me that Crown has a "3 year, No Fault replacement guarantee."

I spent $1,250.00 and have a worthless piece of merchandise.
