 After giving a refundble deposit that was to be given back after payment was given 4+ months has passed and after 20+ correspondances and emails/text mails/and phone calls. nothing but a story has been given, also went to the BBB and Dennis has given nothing but lies! i have been to the 2 properties that hae has on his business cards and the buildings should be torn down,no inventory nothing...  All i want is my deposit back i am tired of the lies and storys that have been told to me. Over 4 months to return a deposit? really.?

The same thing happened to me. The police advised me to file a complaint with the attorney general's office here:

We have tried desperately to settle this matter but the customer has continue to make  comments over the internet the are innaccurate. The matter has been turned over to our atttorney to resolve.
