I applied for a cash advance via internet and received several emails and telephone calls, but never responded to one because I had changed my mind due to how high the finance fees were. But then on 10/14/2011, while reviewing my bank statement and paying bills I noticed that there was a deposit of $300 deposited into my account.

I further investigated, I found out that the deposit was made by DJR Group, LLC. I was totally confused because I'd never had any contact with them by phone or via email. I never authorized or approved this amount to be deposited into my account.

I assumed that it was an error on their part, so I called them. When I explained to them about the deposit and how I never authorized it, they asked me if I had the money still and I said yes, that is why I'm calling because they need to take this money back. They said I had to show them my bank statement from 10/7/11 to 10/13/11 before they could do that. I asked them why do I have to show you my bank statement, you deposited funds into my account that I did not authorize or approved.
They were very rude, sarcastic and they knew exactly what they were doing. They were trying to stick me with that money so that they can make their money off of the finance fees.

They are just scamming people. I have no problem showing them my bank statement, but I should not have to because the money shouldn't have been deposited into my account in the first place. They made me very upset to the point where I just hung up the phone. My wife as well tried talking to them, but they were rude to her too, I had her get off because she had just had surgery and didn't need to be stressed out like that.

So I called my bank and had them do a reverse transaction and by 24-48 hours they will have the $300 back in their account and then I am shutting down my account so that no other advance payday companies will have the opportunity to do this again. They are only out for themselves. It would have been one thing if we had actually approved this, but we didn't and this is what we get.

I have read several complaints about this, so it's obvious we are not they only ones they are scamming. They should not be able to get away with this kind of stuff. This should be illegal.
