dlswap.com, secondlicence.com, cleaneulicence.com - Rip-off Rip-OFF ALERT Individual In The, UK I Think, Internet
This person goes by the name Andrew Jackson. Following complaints on my part to both his internet providers for (dlswap.com and secondlicence.com), these web sites have been closed. However, he has now started up with cleaneulicence.com/.
For all those that have been conned by him, you will notice the familiar layout that he maintains. Look at the cached pages on Google for the following serches; dlswap & secondlicence. Stark similarity isn't it?
Please do not part with your money to his person. Like all the other people who have reported, he will request that your money be sent to a foreign bank account in Hungary. (I have tried contacting his bank, but they do not respond).

Yet another website from these guys has appeared and again I found it through a Google sponsored link. licencedtodrive
They have attempted to change the look and layout a bit, but the text is the same. Unbelievably they have this quote on one of their pages.. 'We do not accept PayPal as they do not approve of our business model (the cheek!) and we wont accept credit cards because we already had too many fraudulent credit card orders'.
