Your rebuttal is a misinformed. DMC is run by a family of thugs and they milk every body, not just vendors. If you google, they have lawsuits all over america. They also pay cash to their employees, use forged documents, forged checks, forged notaries, steal from the govt by not paying taxes. Sooner or later some these thugs are going to be locked up for a very very long time, including their head of the financial management.

Every company uses revenue to pay it's employees and operating expenses. What else would they use it for? As for not paying vendors or suppliers, dipsh*t companies like that eventually run out of vendors and supplies once the word gets out. Have your attorney send them a "demand" letter, then take them to small claims court, ASAP. Make sure and have all your documentation to back up your claims.
