Stay away from them, they are big time scammers.
They will sign hotel management contract with you, and keep paying you 6k to 10k per month, so you will be happy thinking you are getting your profit.
On the other side they will stop paying all the bills to your hotels vendors, utility companies, mortgage payments.
and They will keep writing fake expense checks on the name of another companies that they own, and extract all the payments from your hotel, by the time you will find out, your hotel willl be in huge debt, from which you will not be able to come out.
they will then suggest you to file bankruptcy, and they will make all false promises to you that everything will go well. actually this is their plan from the very beginning to file bankruptcy for your hotel.
once bankruptcy is filed they will then go and file their own plan and convince the judge that they have experience running the hotels and they will become the sole owner of the hotel.
they have done this to many families. so don't get convinced with their sweet talks.
Do some homework and stay away from these people.
Jagmohan Dhillon is married but he is having affair with his finance manager JB Abbas. both of them travel together and stay together. they both are in this scheme of scamming people.
Jagmohan has sexually harrassed many female employees of the hotels he manages, he forces them to give him sexual pleasure and threatens to terminate them if they refuse. He has fired many female employees who have refused to become sexually involved with him.
Jagmohan Dhillon and Scott Nadel have scammed and looted so many vendors, they will order furniture, mattresses, TV's and everything needed for the hotel and when the time comes to pay, they will file bankruptcy.
Poor vendors only get pennies to dollars.

I agree with the description of DMC Hotel Management.
It is true that they would write their checks to their relatives instead of paying the bills and push the hotels into bankruptcy.
Then would make themselves sole rescuers of the hotel in the bankruptcy court and get the hotel cheap.
They tried this trick with one doctor from California who made the mistake of partnering with them. Jag and his brothers tried to get all that hotel for themselves when in fact Dr Dhaliwal paid most of the price and costs.
DMC Thieves have no shame in stealing from the people who provide free medical care.
There are copies of forged checks written by Jag to his families. They will come out soon in a court trial.
If you have a hotel managed by DMC, kick these bast@rdas out before these termites eat up your equity.
