i reived notice that camera i had won needed flash. sent ck 16.48  apr.18,2015.  i have had no response!! ripped off!!

You "thought" you won the Publisher's Clearing House contest?  Did you enter the PCH contest?  The notice you received claiming you won the camera, did it actually say you won a PCH contest?
