Complaint Review: DMI

Approximately 2/7/2013 I received a mailing Notification that a Model Nippon 35mm Focus free camera including 50mm optical lens, automatic film counter, rapid wind film advance wirh double exposure with gu d, hot shoe synchronized for electronic flash and carrying case is being held at the Central clearing house, TX.  #12564810.

Upon receipt of $13.78 + $3.00 SH, they will release this insured, photographic equipment to me.
I could remit either money order or check. I should also remit the top portion of the envelope which contains the info, I provided you.

There is also a record  locator #1003MW5 for my inform.  The front of the mailed envelope to me on the left side states:  $2000.00 fine or 8 yrs. Imprisonment or both for any person who interferes with or obstructs delivery of this letter or ortherwise violates s 18 United States code  See Title 18 Sec. 1708 U.S Code.  Theft of U.S mail is punishable by fines of up to $2000. or 5 years in prison or both.

I did not & will not respond to this as I have been getting several rip-off offers lately & have more to repot!!
