I needed only to send them a check for $19.79 to DMI for Equipment insured shipping and handling by Nov 30, 2017. I received this offer in the mail from the USPS on 9 Nov 2017. I found "Rip-off Report” online and seen that many people filed the exact report over the last two years. I am just one more person, different day and a small increase in payment. It looks like their still in business.
