Complaint Review: DMI

I received an offical looking notification from DMI stating that upon receipt of payment of $39.85 and this urgent notice the following articles would be shipped Tri-Mode Digital Camera, Web Cam and video cam system (including digital imaging software suite. If I would include an additional $6.95 I would also receive a custom Nippon Tripod Stand. This sounds like a definite RIP-OFF. Also, I think this sort of stuff is against the law.
