I was approved for a $300 loan on Jan 18, 2006. $90 fee every 2 weeks. I never received a copy of the loan agreement so I assume it was like other payday loans that I had received. Which would be $90 for 4 pay periods and on 5th pay period it would take the $390, $300 for loan and $90 for the last fee. Only renews if you notify the company.

Well on 2/10/06, 2/24/06, 3/10/06, 3/24/06, 4/7/06, 4/21/06, 5/5/06, 5/19/06, and 6/2/06 (9 times) this company has deducted $90 from my checking account. That adds up to $810.00. I have left messages at their 800 number but no return calls. Email comes back undeliverable.

The way I see it is $90 times the 5 pay periods it should have been plus the initial $300 would be $750 total that i would have repaid for this loan.

I contacted my bank today to dispute the last 3 withdrawls from my account.

Do you think I will be turned over to collections? I have seen one other complaint here on rip-off concerning this company.

What have I learned? Pay the overdraft fees, at least they are a one time charge for each item. I was so over loaned that I had five payday loans going at one time. Thought I would never see the light. Bad idea....bad idea....bad idea. This is my last loan to settle and I want the last of the high priced payday loans.
