 This company charged me $14.95 for a driving report.  A fee I did not authorize, and a report I never received.  They then sent me an email prompting me to log in and refile for the report, assuring me that the charges for the report would be refunded. 

When I replyed expressing clearly that I did not want the report and did not authorize the charge that was posted to my account, the immediately emailed me back.  This second email requested my name, date of birth, address and drivers license number. 

Considering the fact that I had told them I was reporting fraud to my bank in my email, I would think that instead of pressing for more of my personal information they would be a little more concerned.  Eventually, they said that they would refund me the fee, but it doesnt change the fact that I didnt authorize it to begin with.

I have not seen the refund and have frozen my account pending an investigation from my bank.
