DMV.us.org approached Ripoff Report with the intent of resolving any customer issues and reports posted on Ripoff Report. As a Part of the Corporate Advocacy Program, the member business allows Ripoff Report to send an email to all of those who filed a complaint in the past, letting the customer know, the member business wanted to make things right with them, whatever it takes to do so. Ripoff Report always monitors these emails to insure the member business does what they agreed to. The people at DMV.us.org did just that. DMV.us.org has gone to great lengths to make sure they try and resolve any and all customer issues. DMV.us.org has joined the Corporate Advocacy Program because they want customers to know they will resolve any and all customer issues. They never want their customers to feel like they weren’t taken care of. DMV.us.org stated, “Our goal is to help people get the driving records they need quickly and easily. We believe that providing those reports along with excellent customer service is the only way to do business.” DMV.us.org provides people with access to information about their driving history or the driving history of other people. You can find out how many traffic tickets the individual has, whether or not they have been paid, and if they have any drunk driving charges. In addition, they are building new servers to cross check all data before it is released to a customer. Karmen Jones added, “At DMV.us.org, we work hard to make sure that each and every one of our customers is happy. Should they get a corrupted report we will not only fix the report, but also refund their money. We will also start collecting feedback from our customers through surveys in order to see if we can identify any data corruption patterns and have our IT staff fix them immediately so that other customers are not affected.”

A huge problem in this industry are companies that promise to provide driving records for free. Those companies generally use outdated databases and then try to sell your email to spam marketing companies. Because of the cost associated with running servers, checking for data corruption and updating a database, any company that claims they can give you records for free is taking advantage of you in some way. In this industry, you truly get what you pay for. Other companies promise to remove negative driving records for a fee. This is always a scam, because public records remain public forever and no company has the legal right to remove negative information from a driving history background check.
