I ordered a Canon Camera for $3849.00 from Dmx Electronics Inc. They said they could offer lower prices by avoiding business taxes by accepting wire transfers of the money to an egold account. I complied.

Dmx said my order was shipped September 7, 2007, but I have never received the camera and FedEx has no record of the package being shipped. There was no tracking number. Dmx will not respond to emails, phone calls or my inquiries.

I have also found that their sister company Beverly Holdings Inc has my account information listed on their website. They will not respond to my inquiries.

I am a 21 year old college student and I got a loan to purchase the camera. Now I am paying on the loan, but have no camera to further my career in photojournalism.

I have contacted IC3.gov, local law enforement agencies, Better Business Bureaus, LAPD online, Federal Trade Commission etc. I am distressed at losing my money, embarrassed for having fallen for their false advertising practices and fraudulent scam. I want to protect others from these criminals.

Please help me stop them and get my money back.
