The writer had made a purchase of $1764.91 USD for assorted crystals. Phillips failed to advise the writer of her standard 30% discount for purchases of over $1700.00

When Phillips was questioned by the writers accountant as to why the 30% discount had not been applied, Phillips response was to deny that she had filled the order and and instead she accused the writer of attempting to scam her. Phillips was then provided with documentated evidence.

Instead of using common sense and admitting that she had indeed attempted to scam the writer out of $547.12 USD and had been caught, Phillips instead resorted to a barrage of insane rantings.

Philips then attempted to rationalize her bad behaviour with a bogus defense that the writer was attempting to scam her out of the discount that in fact she owed , without a doubt, to the writer.

Phillips appears to be mentally unstable and out of control.

The crystals arrived VERY POORLY PACKAGED. It appears that Phillips has very little experience with international shipping.

Seven crystals arrived damaged ( chipped ). The damage was not noted on the original web listing.

Two crystals were not the same as shown on her website. She had substituted them.

Phillips sells Larimar stones that she claims ARE VERY RARE and that she has an exclusive on.

That is a LIE. In fact Larimar stones are not rare. Finished cabs are availible for 1/4 the price that she charges. You may find them on Ebay @tqmagpie. Phillips is a rip off artist.

Philips claims to have the exclusive on 2012 crystals. The writer has six of her purported 2012 crystals. They are nothing more than common quartz crystals sold under a fancy name. Philips fails to provide any evidence as to the origin of the 2012 crystals or any documanted evidence of her exclusive contract. Phillips plays fast and loose with the truth.

The writer purchased seven lemurian crystals from Phillips. They are not all lemurian crystals. Some of them are of an unknown origin.

Phillips kyanite crystals were of poor quality.

Her rose quartz crystals were also chipped and of poor quality.

When you visit her website its all peace and love. She offers all kinds of crazy things and claims to communicate with the gods.

NOT!!! DNA alchemy and Valerie Phillips are FRAUDSTERS AND SCAM ARTISTS.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM DNA alchemy UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There are lots of other reputable and honest sites to buy crystals from.

DNA alchemy is causing great damage to honest crystal sellers due to her shady business practices.

PHILLIPS AT DNA ALCHEMY FINALLY TELLS THE TRUTH

#6Author of original report

Wed, May 26, 2010

Phillips sent the following email on April 11,2010;

Dear Mr. ---------,

Re:  DNA Alchemy.com

I woke up this morning with the first thought being to reach out and make amends with you.  I tried your phone number ------------but get a recording saying it is no longer in service.

I apologize for mistaking your request to have $500 credited to your American Express account as not legitimate.

How can I make this up to you and make it right with you?

Sincerely,

Valerie Phillips

Joe is trying to get the postal service involved in his false complaint.  He should be investigated for making false postal fraud claims.

Will he stoop at nothing?  He is obviously a disgruntled, deranged individual with nothing better to do than threaten and coerce an honest business-woman.  Why would he enlist an accountant to go undercover for him instead of just asking Valerie her discount policy himself?

I know Valerie personally and she is of the highest caliber of integrity, honesty and fair-dealings with her clients.  She is also one of the hardest-working individuals I've ever met.  It's a pleasure to know her and purchase crystals from her.

Thanks, Joe!  Valerie's business is doing better than ever because people who know and trust her are rallying around her with orders!

Truly - ripoff report needs to look at "Joe's" complaint carefully and consider removing it - he should have returned the products and requested a refund if he was not satisfied instead of resorting to blackmail to get a discount he was not entitled to receive, especially using the underhanded methods he used.  I doubt if he even has an accountant - probably a low-life friend or himself with a different name doing the undercover work.  Shame on you!

DNA ALCHEMY THE BEST ONLINE CRYSTAL STORE

#6REBUTTAL Owner of company

IN RESPONSE TO RECENT INTERNET NEGATIVE CAMPAIGN POSTS MADE BY DONALD J. GALLAGHER OF ARGO:  Please note that he posts under different names and uses no dates.  a person named Joe in Canada has never bought from me before.

In May 2009, Donald Gallagher of Argo bought $1764.19 of crystals from DNA Alchemy in three separate orders.  Mr. Gallagher received his 3 Orders in May 2009 and never voiced any complaints or concerns about his crystals or asked about receiving a discount.

In September 2009, a person named "Ron" emailed me with the general question "would you give me a volume discount" on $300.

I emailed back yes for special customers and provided him with a discount on future purchases.  Next, I received another email from "Ron" who asked me what kind of discount I would give on $700, next "Ron" emailed and asked what kind of discount I would give on $1,700.00.

Within 3 minutes of answering "Ron's" email, I received an email from DONALD J. GALLAGHER who informed me that I could CREDIT his American Express Card with $500.00.  I realized that I was being Pfished by "Ron" and by Donald J. Gallagher of Argo.

I told Mr. Gallagher that his transaction was 4 months old and it had been completed.  I further told Mr. Gallagher that he was not due a discount because coupons are for future purchases and cannot be applied to past purchases, especially 4.month old purchases.

Mr. Gallagher said I had made the biggest mistake of my life because he was going to post to every complaint website he could if I didn't give he $500.00.  I was not going to be blackmailed by his threats.  It wasn't right what he was doing.  I don't know any small business that would or could give a $500 discount credit on a 4 month old purchase (that was not already agreed upon at the time of the purchase).

DNAALCHEMY IS AN ABOVEBOARD AND HONEST COMPANY

This complaint reminds me of the rantings of an unstable person. It's so easy to malign a good person when in reality this particular individual attempted to "extort" a discount from Ms. Phillips that he was not entitled to.

My personal dealings with Ms. Phillips have always been excellent and I've always rated her "excellent" on the surveys I receive.

Common sense dictates that requesting a discount after-the-fact is not appropriate. This guy represents himself to be "of the light" but in reality he spews the vilest of untrue accusations.

I use American Express and I am going to voice my concern to the company about how they would handle a case like this where one of their clients attempts to "extort" from a reputable business.

I suggest this guy remove all of his inane rants as soon as possible. "Projection" is a manipulation technique used by unsavory characters where they accuse others of what they are guilty of which makes me realize that he knows he is the one who is "mentally unstable" and on drugs.

Common sense also dictates that if he was truly unhappy with the shipment - he should have returned the items and requested a refund not tried to "extort" a discount he was not entitled to. Grow up and stop wasting everyone's time with your bogus complaint...

I hope Valerie considers obtaining an attorney to go after this guy for slander!
