DNC wholesale Totally misrepresented, scam, ripoff, Internet
This site is a total scam. Do not use. Ordered product, money had to be a wire transfer only which should have been a red flag, but proceeded anyway. We were supposed to receive 79 designer handbags that were all to be in good saleable condition, but were apparently said to be returns or overstock or season close outs all to Macy's. We received a manifest of the items by email after 2 requests for same. Most items on the manifest were Michael Kors, Coach and a couple Tory Burch. What we received was a box full of crap. Certainly not what was on the manifest-not the brands nor the pictures of the items stated. Out of the 79 "designer" handbags that were in the box,only 30 were saleable (outdated, but saleable) the rest were gross. Dirty, damaged, ie, ink & pop on the inside of bag. I immediately emailed Diego to complain and he sent me back an email saying he wanted to make me happy, but when I responded to that email, my address had been blocked. I will do everything in my power to make sure others hear about this scam artist!

We do offer a lot category of Designer Handbags from a major department store, which includes an assortment of many designer brands. We wholesale new overstock merchandise lots, but the Designer Handbags lot category in specific is only available in Customer Returns condition. In other words, this means that these items were returned to the store for various different reasons, and some of the items included may not be in perfect condition.
Our goal as a business is to provide as much detailed information as possible, in order to establish a continuous business relationship with satisfied customers, who understand what we can offer. Under no circumstance did we deceive the customer, as all of this information is clearly explained in detail on our site, and was also stated on the manifest of the items the customer reviewed and chose.
As for the payment method, we are wholesalers of large quantities of merchandise and consequently work with large amounts. Unfortunately, at this time in history, the most convenient and most cost efficient payment method for international transactions and large businesses in general is wire transfer. Even though other methods may provide more “security” to customers, they do not provide security to businesses, and charge substantial fees.
In addition, we did communicate with the customer once we received her email. Even though she accused us of blocking her emails, how would we be able to do that? Once we asked her in more detail what error she was receiving, we found out that her outlook email server was the one not sending her emails, and let her know.
Even though we reached out to the customer to try to come to an amicable resolution, unfortunately we did not hear back from the customer.

I have ordered 3 different lots from DNC Wholesale since January of this year. They are great with communication and replying promptly. The quality of the items is exactly as stated, no surprises! Shipping is timely and reasonably priced. I look forward to continued business with DNC Wholesale as my wholesale provider!
