Three items were ordered from D & H auto parts.  The first item, a truck tailgate arrived in good condition.  The second item, a Chrysler hood, arrived with bent corners (as if rolled upon an axis), along with a bent center (hard to fix) and almost as bad as the hood as that of which I wished to replace.  The third item never arrived - the truck hood, item #HD1025200.

I have all item numbers of the parts ordered.  I have continually contacted the company for a delivery of this part or a retribution of this part (I'd rather a delivery) and that of the defective Chrysler hood.  Their erronous records show delivery; I wish to take the time to prove otherwise, because they're false.  I only wish the product.  I still await a delivery.

To appreciate my concern, a multifold lawsuit might/can/should/shall be inforced upon this "company".  Somewhat after making my order, I found distrust from others.  Although I had no qualm, I waited (only because it was too late.   I was satisfied with the first delivery.  Satisfaction quickly ended.
