Complaint Review: Marlo Furniture

Do NOT Buy Furniture From Marlo Furniture exceedingly poor customer service; rip off Rockville Maryland

I am new to the area and needed to furnish my new house. After shopping around in different stores, I discovered Marlo and liked their furniture. After having spent thousands of dollars for an entertainment center and a master bedroom suite, I realized that Marlo has horrible customer service. I received damaged goods on numerous occasions, and was made to wait weeks and weeks for replacements.

I purchased a warrantee on all my furniture purchases, yet when I called for repairs, I was told that no one could come out to fix my problems! I was appalled since I spent hundreds of dollars on warrantees.

Although I tried to contact the "Chris Stevens" that is listed as a contact on several occasions, I have never received a response from this individual to date. I find that deplorable.

I will never buy furniture from Marlo again. I still have several rooms that I would like to refurnish, and I will search for a new furniture store so that I do not have to interact with Marlo Furniture people again. I am thoroughly disgusted.
