Doan Law Firm Service misrepresented and they only offered a partial refund La Mesa, California

I was sold a service by a rep for the firm who misrepresented the service and now no longer works for the company.

When i made them aware of the issue, they handled things very poorly and did not make me feel as though they had any interest in resolving the issue. In the end, I ended my dealings with them and hired another lawyer to handle my bankruptcy case.

They only offered a partial refund even though i made them aware of what the rep "sold" me. I would NEVER deal with them again. They never even apologized.

Doan Law Firm makes good

Well I was quick to fire with my posting here but let me set the record straight, as there was an apparent miscommunication with my file.

I was actually contacted by a partner in the firm who sought to make amends after reviewing the notes on my file.  He offered a full refund of all unearned fees paid on my case to Doan Law.   I was all too happy to hear back from Mr. Doan, as it was the Doan Difference that originally led me to this law firm, which I understand files the most bankruptcy cases in San Diego County.

I received my refund (what I believe to be fair given the circumstances). Unfortunately, ripoffreport.com does not allow post removal. However, I would like to make everyone reading aware that in good faith I've posted a favorable rebuttal and fully recommend this firm if you are seeking bankruptcy relief.  The firm obviously values a good reputation and there is definitely something to be said for that.
