Complaint Review: Dobbs Collision Mendenhall

To be completely honest, when I took my car to Dobbs Collision after I bought it off an auction, I had great expectations. This car had two blown airbags...passenger and driver, a cracked windshield and a front exhaust system that needed repair.
To be more clear this is a 2011 ford Taurus I am talking about. Anyway, the least they could do was fix the front exhaust system...after 2 months of being juggled between different associates and a manager, that was yet to be done. Due to the high cost of repair I started looking for a used dash panel BUT, I was buying brand new airbags.
 At first they agreed and then later the manager claimed this was against Dobbs Policy...(I know, a bunch of hot air). Anyway to cut the long story short, I eventually had to remove my car from there. These people did not even have the decency of putting back the front pipe since they never bothered to get a new one-my car had a gaping hole under it when I took it to the next shop!
If the current DOBBS collision manager reads this EVERYTHING I wanted done was DONE. The used dash panel I got was great, airbag system fixed as I WANTED, The driver side door nice and polished...I could go on but I will let the pics speak.
Overall I saved about 4-5 grand total by going to the collision center on New Getwell. Awesome guys who work here that had done nearly everything in a little over 3 weeks. They gave me a price not anywhere close to the estimate DOBBS COLLISION gave me.
Get this...that dash panel that I was looking for for over 2 months...they got it in one day-a fully loaded one too!!!
