Dobbs heating and cooling installed a lenox Central Air condition into my home two years ago and now I am having serious problems with it. The temperture here has been 99 degrees and I believe my problem with my AC needed quick attention and I felt they were stalling me to come out. The Owner Matt told me he would be here the next morning and never showed up. At this time my AC unit was working and than not working. I didn't know what the problem was. I had called him and he wanted to send his wife the next night to add some freon. 

They did not treat this as an emergency so I had called another company.  They came that night and added some freon which worked for one day and than the problem started again. I called And spoke to Matt's Wife And she said okay when I told her I was getting another company to come here right away.

I had called Matt back the next day and His wife Kristen said He would be gone for a week. And She than said to me" Since i had some one else come in, they would not service me. I told her I would not argue with her, and i would see themi n court.  

I made a horrrible mistake using this company. They are hit and run. And forget about sevice if your air cindition Unit has problems.  I just felt from my first converstation they were stalling me and using every trick in the book to not service me. I mad a terrible mistake by not getting a larger company that provides emergency service.

I had written two updated reports on June 21,2015 and June 23, 2015. I do not see them here now.

I had written that Dobb's heating And air condition did a complete turn around on fixing my Air Condition and that Matt Was now working to fix it.   There appears to have been a mis communication and I now believe Matt Dobbs is going to fix my problem, which He promised. The coil has a leak and He stated he would put in a new one . 

I just wrote to reports .com to send my old updates tor list them so I can see them.

Matt Dobbs has now honored his promise to fix my AC

Matt dobbs of Dobbs heating and cooling had come to my home on June 22 and He did a complete turn around and a good job. He did an inspection and found a leak in the Evaporator coil and he put in two pounds of freon and he refunded my 100.00 I had paid to another company a few days before.

He said He was sorry and tha tHe was away for one week. I am very happy and satisified. We have re established our relationship and I feel good that He will honor ny 10 year Warranty. 


Matt Dobbs called me on Father's Day and said he would come over and check my air condition for leaks.

Matt also stated He would reimbuse me 100.00 for my cost to Service Experts LLC. He said He would come over tomorrow between 1pm and 3pm. i just hope he does a good job and we can re-establish our contractual relationship.
