Complaint Review: Dobbs Tire And Auto Centers

Took my 2004 ford f-150 for inspection on 08-16-2006.My truck failed because there was a chunk missing out of passenger wiper blade. Was asked if I wanted them replaced.I told the inspecter no and lets go look at them.there was a itty bitty piece missing and I said you got to be kidding.I went inside to argue some more when I noticed a Mo state trooper collecting inspection receipts and asked if he would come look at it.He said yes.He looked at the wiper and couldn't find it so I showed him what fail .He said thats a bunch of bull and told the store manager to pass it and he did...
