DOBLER MANAGEMENT CO AND 4425 APARTMENTS So I did live at the 4425 for almost 5 years always paid my rent on time. I'm a single father raising two kids. After living there for that time I decided to put my 30 days notice in and move on. I cleaned my place and felt I left under great terms until I was trying to rent another place and was told Dobler Management How owns the 4425 and Brandon the manager at that property gave me a bad reference saying flat out lies  TACOMA WA Washington

Because of Dobler Managemnet and the now acting manager at 4425 Apartments I'm not able to rent elsewhere. They flat out lied, first off I had lived at the 4425 for almost 4 to 5 years. They told a 3rd party that I had noise complaints and had a pet that I did not have. Not once did I get any writen notice of these so called complaints. When I decided to move out I gave them my 30 days notice and cleaned my place and they had the maintenance man do my walk through he said everthing was ok but didn't give my a copy. Two months after I moved out I recieved a bill for $155 keep in mind that they kept my $500 deposit which sould enough to cover any cleaning ect. I so as I recieved that bill I when to 4425 and spoke with Jen and she said she would take care of it. Now my issue is because of them lieing I can't get approved on anyother place.
