I ordered a wrought iron bed for my daughter back in June. I was charged again for the same bed in July. I began calling on the whereabouts of my bed and the double charge. I was assured it would be taken care of. As the end of August neared, I still had two charges and no bed. I could not get anyone to return my calls and still have had no luck. While I was credited for one of the charges, I have not been credited for the second. 60 days have long since passed since I was first double-charged and my credit card company has washed their hands of it. Shamic & Compnay has assured me in numerous emails that they would pay.

So far I'm still in the hole $699.99 for a bed I never received from a company that has refused to return phone calls since the end of July. This is completely unfair. Shamic & Co. has serious problems and consumers should be very wary of buying ANYTHING from them.
