Ordered item from Online store www.dockagestore.com I ordered item but never received confirmation of order but credit card was charged. Got a call saying they had problems with their web site and the item would be shipped. Received wrong item. Was told to return item and that a refund would be issued. Item was returned and no other communication has taken place and no refund was ever issued. They are a total scam with no way of know until it's too late. I just want to make sure no one else looses money like I did.
