Jared Thompson, of The Water Well Doctor, came to my home to diagnose the problem with my water well. He did all kinds of tests and said it was "completely fried" and that I would have to pull the old pump and motor and replace it and replace the control box and pump alarm. We agreed on a price and he did the work. He invoiced me over $10,000 within a few days of the instalation but by then the pump had quit working. I was without water. I phoned and emailed him repeatedly but he never responded. The address he provided me was not his address. I had no way to reach him. After two weeks, I called another water well company and they came out and pulled the pump and motor that Jared Thompson, from The Water Well Doctor, had installed and they told me that what was put in was a used pump and motor. The serial number showed that is was over 10 years old. They put in a new pump and motor and all is working fine.
Water Well Doctor of Driftwood or The Water Well Doctor are scammers and defrauded me. I would not advise using them for anything.
