Complaint Review: Doctor VERONICA ZAHARIA MD

COMPLAINT AGAINST  DOCTOR VERONICA ZAHARIA , MD., FOR MEDICAL  MALPRACTICE : OVER DOZE OF B12 AND GOD KNOWS WHAT, PATIENT NEGLECT, BAD TREATMENT,  CRIMINAL  ACTS!

In 2010 on Saturdays I was volunteer for Metropolitan Museum of Art. One day at Membership desk where I worked came a short woman who gave me her membership card , and asked me an admission.

 I looked in computer,  and I saw her card first level ,  was expired. Also I saw her name is Romanian. I told her she must to renew her card, and for that day she could be my guest.

After, she initiates a conversation with me. She told me she is a doctor. I told her I am looking for a doctor as my primary care physician, because I abandoned Dr. C….for objective reasons.

She told me that Dr. C ….is totally unprofessional, a lot of people complained about him, and invited me to see her.

I explained her,  I called her office before and she did not accepted my insurances. Then,  she told me to tell to her secretary  that she wants to se me.

Effectively, she captivated me. I never see her before,  and a second I could not believe she could be my enemy.

I went in her office. What I remarked was that she was very agitated, continuously she balanced her hands front and back, her voice was strangulated.

I did not understand her, but I listen her. She told me that she will inject me B12 because I needed. The syringe was already done.

I accepted her treatment. After she took blood for tests inclusive for Carbon Monoxide. I asked her do not send the blood to Quest Diagnostics, and she didn’t.

Interesting but when the blood result came back, the test for Carbon Monoxide was lost ( it was happened also in New York Hospital, in a doctor office).

She told me I must do again B12. And very agitated again injected me B12 and left the room. After a few minutes she came back and tried to do again injection with “ B12”. I told her: “ Thank you. You just did one”, and she said sorry, I forgot. 

Each time when I was in her office she did me injection with B12.

I started to have terrible pain in legs, and joints, headache, more chest pain, palpitation, difficulty breathing and hematoma in my right leg.  

I told her I did not feel well, and she started to give me referral for her friends doctors.  

I did not fell confident in her, and all fulminate with her request to bring to her my insurances’ statements to see how much the doctors were paid.

I refused to accept injections with “pretending  B12 “ anymore. She got upset, insulted.

I told her that some doctors are corrupted by the insurances, and she told me: “ I believe you, they are on the side  to who pay more” ( See Exhibit Pg.  2 my letter sent to her in  June 30, 2011).

I lost totally my confidence in her. Than, I have the idea to ask a copy my medical report. She refused. I insisted, and finally she gave me a partial report. She refused to give me a copy of my pulmonary test, and the history of B12 administrated me . My request on Exhibit Pg. 1, attached to this report. The copy is decolorize by " good guy". The original was stoeln.

I abandoned her when I saw from my file  disappeared her medical reports,  and my letters sent to her. Also, from computer” good guy” deleted my scanned correspondence with her.

Already I understood that she was corrupted  by “ good guy” to come at Metropolitan Museum of Art, she was not in my side, and her purpose was to run totally my health. And she did.

All my complaints remained without answers. And until now I did not have an answer regarding my complaint against her.

I ACCUSE DOCTOR VERONICA ZAHARIA FOR:

• OVER DOZE OF B12 AND GOD KNOWS WHAT,
• MEDICAL  MALPRACTICE,
• PATIENT NEGLECT,
•  BAD TREATMENT, 
• TORT,
• CRIMINAL  ACTS in conspiracy  LENOX HILL HOSPITAL, Glencord  Building Corp, at all accomplices!

She ruined my health already very poor.
