DocuSign False Advertising Horrible Customer Service
This company uses a bait and switch method by not advertising their true pricing. We have been paying $40/month for the esignature service and then we recently contacted and demanded to pay $10,000 up front to keep our account. They stated we are in violation of their policy, a policy which is not disclosed in their advertising or prior to processing your transaction.
Every time I try to contact this company I spend hours on the phone being transferred from one to department over seas to the next and no one has an answer. It it unbelievable a company that simply provides a simply piece of software can operate like this. Andy Phan was the demanding Sales representative.
