Dodge Country sold me a scratched car and wouldn't make it right Killeen Texas
My husband and I bought a new 2004 Durango from Dodge Country in Killeen, TX. Before we ever drove it off the lot, we noticed that there were scratches on the vehicle, and neither the interior or exterior were clean. We let our salesperson know, and were told to bring the vehicle back in to have it fixed. When we went to pick it up the second time, it still had not been cleaned, and the scratches were still visible.
It looked like instead of buffing them out they put a clear coat over it. After speaking with everyone that could have taken care of this, they still said they would not fix the scratches because to them they weren't a 'big deal'. It may not be a big deal to them, but a new car to me is a big investment that should be delivered or repaired in an acceptable manner.
