Dogdug Company doesn't exist Internet, Other
On March 3rd, I ordered some dog clothes for a total of $39.25 from this company named Dogdug online. The business was supposed to be a wholesale doggie item business selling everything for dogs with pictures of their clothing on dummy dogs. I used my paypal account to pay them and received an email from paypal saying I had paid my money to somebody named Xiaoli Yu. Paypal sent me an official notification of my payment and this person used the paypal confirmation and wrote on it saying he got my payment and my order was going to be processed. he used some English which was inappropriate for a business which sent up a red flag.
Around the 7th of March I went back to the website to track my order. The number listed for this company never had anyone answer in person. It was always a recording saying they were unavailable. They had a live chat assistant to help you and when you used it, I got the same person all of the time no matter what time of day or night it was. he gave me a tracking number which when you put it in the box where it asked about my order status, the box came up blank after putting the information in, The chat operator told me to go to UPS and put the tracking number in. Nothing came up there. This company is supposed to be in China and does not give you a good address. The email links go to nowhere and the email is returned to your mailbox. Paypal said I had to wait 45 days before I can file a complaint. I am glad I used my paypal account because I am protected. I shop online all of the time and this is the first time I have been ripped off. I will not buy anything else out of this country.
