DOGG Digital Audio ripoff people misrepresenting consumer fraud Newport Beach California
Two gentlemen in a red Ford Explorer drove up in a parking lot and stated that they had excess inventory from a delivery and were going to take it back or they would sell it for the company at a good profit to them and myself. They showed an invoice for the delivery and said there boss would take this excess it and sell it to his friends, or they would sell it now and split the profit with him.
They showed documentation on the product and then when they grabbed a box with the equipment, that box had no paperwork in it when I opened it later.
I knew without a receipt that it was a funny deal, but they had the paperwork scam side of it working perfectly. I gave them $400 for the 5.1 Home Surround system that retails for $1995.
This is a scam operation in retrospect and another sucker gets tagged.
