Well, like the rest of you guys, I also got ripped off. I was at the USMC Camp Pendleton in San Diego. I had just left the bank and right before I got into my car these 2 guys in a green Ford windstar drove up and told me that they had accidentally got some extra speakers from the wherehouse and that they were trying to sell them before they got back to work. So, they showed me the magazine which said the speakers were originally for $1200, but they were willing to sell it to me for much cheaper.

Thinking I was getting a good deal, I ended up buying a set for $200. And I was even considering buying a 2nd set but luckily my girlriend told me no. But when I came home and called up some pawn shops, they all told me that they had heard about these rip-off speakers and that they weren't even willing to buy it off me!!! So, from all this, I at least learned a lesson to never buy anything from anyone selling stuff from their car no matter how good of a deal it sounds!!!
