Dogtra Overcharged and delayed shipping California
Sent dog training collars for repair to them, outgoing shipping cost was approximately $6.00, USPS. They charged over $19.00 UPS return shipping even though I asked for USPS. Also long delay in shipping, won't receive product for several days. Prior to this have had satisfactory dealings with this company.
