I hired the sitter molly from orlando fl through this dogvacay site, when i picked up my dog a week after he was limping, and she said it was athritis eventhough she is not a dr, i didnt buy it, and took my dog to a vet, and he had a knee ligament broken, now nobody wants to take responsibility, they offered insurance but do not cover less than 250 which is their deductible, this company is a total ripp off, please be aware, the same with their sitters. I will never recommend that people.

My dog had a surgery due to dogvacay sitter negligence that cause my dog knee broken, and they dont want to cover the pending follow up visits my dog needs regarding his injury caused by them. Please be aware that company is a fraud, they dont honor their pet insurance policy and even try to force me to sign a release of liability just to protect themselves, do not hire pet sitters through them, they dont even allow you to post bad reviews in their website, i read other pets had died in their sitters care, do not trust them!
