Doheny's Water Warehouse false advertising. no next day delivery ripoff Kenosha Wisconsin
On May 30th of 2007 I ordered a pool liner from Doheny's Water Warehouse and asked about the FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY they have on the page for pool liners. I was told, that only applies to the solid blue liner and only certain sizes. The lady on the phone told me that since it was being sent from the manufacturer I would receive the liner in 7 days.
On the 7th day I called to inquire as to the status of my order and a different lady told me manufacturer orders take 10-14 days and I must have misunderstood the delivery dates when I placed my order. SOOO 1st they are saying I can't read because the ad banner "FREE DELIVERY NEXT DAY HAVE IT TOMORROW" doesn't really mean that...2nd "your special order will arrive in 7 days" really means 2 weeks (maybe) and last if I wanted to cancel my order I'd have to pay shipping twice and a restocking fee, nice!
If you are in a hurry for your pool needs better shop elsewhere, I will from now on.

We are always sorry to have an unhappy customer and if we did something wrong we would be the first to admit it. Our ad, however, is clear that only solid blue liners qualify for next day deliver. Others, like our call center stated, take up to 7 business days (business days vs. calendar days could be part of the problem) to arrive. But outbound shipping is always free and returns within 30 days for non-custom items receive a no questions ask full refund for the product with no restocking fee. Worst case the customer would have had to pay for shipping once. Always glad to try and work it out before it comes to this if we are given the chance.
