I thought since these guys are based in my hometown and i somewhat know the co owner Kyle Swank i would go threw them to get my tv and playstation 3. I paid 500 down and made two payments of 125. I paid cash since they are in my hometown and i was not comfortable giving them my checking account information. This order was made mid november 07. I received the cheapest smallest ps3 on the market and still yet to get my tv. They said it came but the screen was cracked. Seeing how i paid 750 and received a 300 dollar playstation i did not make anymore payments just asked for the money extra i have paid back. They will not respond and have shut off the company phone. I listed Kyles personal number which i got off a friend. he told me to pick another tv, so i did and have not herd from him. I dont know what to do to get the extra money i paid back or the tv? I'm somewhat young and they have stolen my money without giving me the product i dont know what to do i would just like to recieve one or the other. Any advice?

I would like to respectfully point out that Dojo Systems, Inc. has never been nor ever was a company tied to to VSS, Versatile Service Solutions, or any of the like. They are two completely independent companies that have no bearing on each other.

In my personal opinion, posting contact information on the web, especially when it is contact information that is incorrect or personal is usually not the best way to respond in my experience. In fact it almost guarantees a bad result to the situation. If you have a legitimate concern, and especially if you are in the area where it is possible to drive to the business location, I would settle it there.

Bring your records of transactions (hopefully you kept some) and then work it out.

It sounds like a lot hearsay and "He said, no, He said....." stuff atm.

Good Luck

If you are referring to VSS Wireless' Kyle Swank, i beleive the new number is972-784-2870. They changed names and numbers. Good luck reaching them in the office tho. ive been leaving messages for days myself.
