Dolan Dodge/Ram Tried to sell me parts i didn't need. Reno
Time for an oil change in my RAM truck that i did not buy from any Dolan business. Went in to Dolan Dodge to purchase an oil filter and a fuel filter. Guy behind the counter looked it up on his computer and told me the fuel filter only came as a unit that included a mounting bracket and a filter housing.
I told him to forget it, i would buy my filter only from WereMopar. He then said, "Oh, look at the three dots, that means that the "unit" could be broken down into its individual components and purchased".
I bought my oil and fuel filter from Carson Dodge and will continue to do so.
