Dolce Mia Beware of working for this company Sonoma, California
BEWARE of working for this company!
They are currently hiring for multiple cities to sale their product at Costco road shows throughout Northern CA.
They are extremely unorganized, change your schedule at the last minute, promise you 5-6 hour shifts, then ask you to work the entire day which ends up to be a 12 hour day, on your feet on a hard cement floor.
Then if you do not sale enough of their overpriced, low quality soaps/lotions, they take you off the schedule.
There is no training and you get penalized if customers do not buy enough of their $10 bottle of 12 oz. liquid soap - remember you are selling at Costco!
Is there any wonder why they will have 4-5 people on the schedule and after a couple of days they only have 1-2 and are scrambling to hire new people to finish the show?
If they were such a GREAT company, their sales people would be begging to work the next show.
When they let people go, they do not follow the law by paying them within 24 hours either.
I will be turning them into the state of CA soon.

Unfortunately we are unable to employ everyone who is interested in sales. For the health of our business we have to keep those who are good with our products and able to sell at a high rate over those who are not.
It is true that we have a long wait time on payment (due to the mechanics of us getting paid for the show and then our own administration), but that is clearly stated in the contract.
